Wow, so a whole year has passed, and… I haven’t made much progress on any of the goals I mentioned, haha. My weight remains stable at 190, I’m still at a basic level for Japanese (though I have improved a little), and I unfortunately still haven’t visited Tokyo.
That being said, I have done a lot of learning this past year. I’ve learned how to code apps in Ionic 2, learned how TypeScript’s strong typing can be beneficial, improved my understanding of Golang, and, just recently, I released my first ever Chrome extension, Minimalite. I’ve also furthered my knowledge of Git and posted many of my UserScripts to Github.
On the other hand, I’ve educated myself on a variety of topics, thanks to resources such as SciShow, Vsauce, Game/Film Theory, Vox, and other YouTube channels. I also began the journey of developing my first ever music track by beginning to learn FL Studio.
Thus, I’ve developed a new list of resolutions I’d like to accomplish by the end of this year.
? Produce my first track
? Ship my first app on the app store
? Beat >= 20 games
✈️ Travel to a new country#HNY2017

Hopefully I’ll do a better job this year!
